Project Scope
We have spent a long time to collect folk stories
till we feel tired and sometime we leave the project for some times because of
hard work and the way of collecting and translating them. What we have done
inside our project is that we begin with an introduction , then Pre-Launch and
Launch the project with some animation , flash and vote and brainstorm. The
folk stories we have collect are loved for both children and youths . So, They
are mixed of Arabic and English folk stories and we hope to admire you. The
famous Arabian folk stories we present as Goha,Cindbad, Ali Baba/ Alaa
ElDien,The Knight Antra , Al Shater Hassan, Ibrahim Bin Adham , Thumbnail,
woman and Wolf and the wise chief. For the English folk stories , we present
Cinderella ,and Snow White the bi fish and the three small fishes .So, What is
the purpose of telling stories? And why we insist on presenting them to both
children and adult to read.
. It is more benefits than any other thing ,where students can get any information easily. If we apply this way inside schools , students will be more eagerness to accept their new lessons. They can feel relief after heavy work and refresh way of what is coming. Teachers ,parents and all kind of people can relate what they told inside their stories into real actions to make benefits to their schools and community. The main goal is to develop 21st the century skills and to be creative , using modern technology in presenting their show inside schools.
* The standard of our project is suitable for all ages from younger to older.
* The outcomes , we expected is to produce an animation , flash , power point , reports and drawings.
* Students should be able to apply 21st century skills as below:
!.Critical thinking;
We collected our ideas and distribute them among the team .So we produce articles , drawings , diagram , survey and lots of researches.
2.Creativity relativity;
As a team we create power point , documentation and introducing flash about our imaginary and we make blog .
3.Teamwork;
We have made discussion ,survey , calls , emails and celebrate our doings , co operated and helping each other to achieve our goal and finish our project.
4. Cross –cultural understanding;
We collaborate with other across border or with our partners outside our countries because we have one idea and one goal and we meet together across think quest. Email threads, exchanges (postcards, photos,
videos).
5.Communication;
.To communicate with others We set blogs and emails.
6.Technology;
We have email threads, graphs, real recordings, photographs, physical
models, word processed documents, spreadsheets, graphic files, ,
7.Self-direction;
We have an appointment calendars, library search records, notes, telephone logs, short reflective paragraphs, or to-do lists.
So this great subject should be taught inside the classes and make magazines inside schools as it has great benefits to all communities and humanity.
